DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
-Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 22-30*
-A few years of experiences in Human Resources and Administrative or degree in Human Resources or related filed are a plus (New Graduate is welcome), However, we need proactive and professional personality
-Positive attitude, strong service mind and open-minded
-Has high passion to learn and grow up in HR -career and love to service & develop people in organization
**Familiar with PC (especially with MS Office applications)**
-Can travel to upcountry and stay for business trip if require
-Get used to with creating and summarize online form application
-Business level English and clearly communication skills both written and orally and flexible to do multi-tasks in job
-Excellent organizational skills in a timely manner
-Punctuality and team work with problem-solving
-Strong interpersonal skills and being organized and accurate
-Self development and flexible

Location : BTS Chongnonsi station

(Required convenient location of candidate for come to work)


JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

Helps the company?s HR management team with HR-related tasks
Handle a variety of administrative duties and personnel related HR
[Recruitment & Selections related role]

Support Senior Associate to defines best selected hiring channels to fit in most direct target of candidates for each position [open house & existing]
Create more professional Fan Page database, Advertise, Linkind etc.
Screen resume and make interview appointment both property & HQ side.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and candidate database management.
Other recruitment process related, make potential candidate reference check, feedback all candidate on interviewing feedback and rejection, provide pre-employment checkup, criminal check document etc.
Analyze performance of hiring activity.
Support team to set up and organize Open house activities.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, hiring, training, grievances, group insurance, provident fund and performance evaluations etc.)
Communicate with public services when necessary (i.e. department of employment, social security office, supplier)
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Other jobs assigned by Director and manager.


[Labor & Employee Relations related role]

Maintain relationship between an employer and its employees
Keep direct communication with each employee especially in term of staff relationship both positive and negative
Work to maintain positive employer-employee relationships to prevent decreased morale and reduced productivity


[Administration related role]

Report of time attendant and communicate with each employee and HOD [Late, early, absent, sick leave]
Purchase office supplies, IT device, stationaries, etc. as required
Property site Uniform budget set up, and arrangement.
SCM system related, Raise PR (Purchase Request), making internal transfer etc.
Arrange office cleaning schedule.
Sourcing vendor for corporate accommodation etc.
Support people enquiries from each property and be coordinated with them.
Manage occasion parcel between HQ and Properties of all concern employee document.
Assist in translation tasks (Thai & English)
Coordinate within departments and company
Other jobs assigned by Director and manager.

Salary 20,000 + Service charge + Bonus + 5 days of work per week
